SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4 – 10 years of demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, dynamic recruitment environment.
  • Proven expertise in talent pooling and screening candidates of various backgrounds and trades
  • You excel in phone conversations, understanding the importance of customer relationships and rapport building.
  • Proven track record in effectively recruiting high volumes of blue-collar roles
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and daily reporting to track your success
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Have a dedicated office space at home that you can work interrupted with good internet connection and phone coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead candidate sourcing through internal campaigns and lead generation by social media
  • Be responsible for lead screening; spend the majority of your day making and receiving calls from provided leads, ensuring relevance to our available roles.
  • Take part int team collaboration; although you will work remotely, you understand the importance of being a part of a cohesive team and can collaborate effectively
  • Build and maintain talent pools while proactively screening new talent for the business
  • Research and identify emerging talent acquisition trends in the employment market and transport & logistics industry
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment advisors and partners, while collaborating with the team to finalise offers to candidates to meet business requirements
  • Process data and report on recruitment trends and outcomes of various recruitment strategies and campaigns
