ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
The FCOE PO ARI Recruitment team is responsible for the global Internal- and External recruitment process for experienced hires. This includes follow up of internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and high quality recruitment processes, and to ensure our recruitment IT systems and data security work efficiently and compliant. The team works closely with our external recruitment service provider to give both candidates and hiring manaers a good experience. The team consist of a small team that consists of people with a diverse background, experience and competence, and are located in several different locations in Norway and in Brazil. In 2023 we hired 2600 new employees through our external recruitment process, and we offered 2000+ open positions in our internal job market. We are ranked as nr 1 most attractive employer among Norwegian engeering students for 27 years in a row.
We are looking for an experienced temporary employee to support us with:
- External (experienced hires) recruitment
- Internal recruitment
- Vendor mgmt.
- Service mgmt.
- Personnel security in recruitment
QUALIFICATIONS
Competence requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, leadership, organization, or a related field
- A few years of experience in sourcing and recruitment is required
- Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, preferrably knowledge of Workday recruitment module
- Solid communication skills in English, written and spoken is required in this role
