Description:
We’re seeking a highly organised Recruitment and Conversion Officer with exceptional attention to detail to join the Lancaster University Management School’s Marketing, Recruitment and Alumni team.
In this role, you’ll use your initiative to harness advanced CRM tools, drive student engagement, and manage the entire recruitment journey. You’ll also create and execute impactful recruitment events, building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their success.
