Description:

AND WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

  • Previous employer branding experience.
  • Experience in leading recruitment campaigns using a variety of media & headhunting techniques.
  • Knowledge and use of ATS (UK & Europe), including regular reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience recruiting across a breadth of industries/roles, preferably in leisure, hospitality or retail.
  • Experience supporting the roll out of EVP is desirable.
  • Proven management and relationship building with key suppliers and excellent networking skills.
  • Commercial mind-set with budgets, fees and business spend.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach to business needs.
    Location flexible, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Hatfield and for meetings.
