Description:
AND WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
- Previous employer branding experience.
- Experience in leading recruitment campaigns using a variety of media & headhunting techniques.
- Knowledge and use of ATS (UK & Europe), including regular reporting and data analysis.
- Experience recruiting across a breadth of industries/roles, preferably in leisure, hospitality or retail.
- Experience supporting the roll out of EVP is desirable.
- Proven management and relationship building with key suppliers and excellent networking skills.
- Commercial mind-set with budgets, fees and business spend.
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach to business needs.
Location flexible, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Hatfield and for meetings.
