Description:
aEUR- University degree and at least 2 years of proven experience in similar role;
aEUR- Good understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels;
aEUR- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
aEUR- Interviewing experience and skills;
aEUR- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
aEUR- Very good English;
aEUR- High flexibility and positive approach to challenges.
aEUR- Manage, coordinate and administer the recruitment process from A-Z for a wide range of vacancies (this includes vacancy text drafting, posting, follow up on 1st candidate screening, propose and discuss profiles, conduct interviews, ensure pre-briefings and post recap briefings, draft and negotiate proposals);
aEUR- Act as single point of contact for hiring managers and be responsible for regular updates and communication about projects with them;
aEUR- Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to recruitment needs;
aEUR- Collaborate with schools and universities to ensure new candidate inflow and improve our brand visibility in close collaboration with our Marketing and Communications Department;
aEUR- Represented the company at events: job fairs, presentations at the university, events/projects for students, conferences, workshops;
aEUR- Support the onboarding process for new employees, always looking for further improvements;
aEUR- Initiate and implement a variety of Employer Branding projects in close collaboration with our Marketing and Communications Department and in line with PHOENIX Romania (Farmexim, Help Net and EL Pharma) growth.
