REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must pass a pre-employment medical assessment and police check for security clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business entities.
- Post jobs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare recruitment documentation, manage interview schedules, and provide interview feedback.
- Assist HR team with day-to-day tasks such as diary management and staff initiatives.
