Description:
South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed, care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.
We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds, having just added an extra 55 with the opening of our new luxury flagship home in central Worthing named The Poets. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays.
This role is a maternity cover for up to 1 year, start date mid October 2024.
Hours - 25hrs per week, Mon - Fri - 9.30am - 2.30pm (can be flexible on start and end times)
This role is office based in Worthing, West Sussex. (No hybrid working)
This is an exciting role which focuses upon recruiting and onboarding activities across the whole South Coast Nursing Homes estate. Recruiting the right quality of employee in a timely fashion is the lifeblood of our organisation, so you will need to have a tenacious and driven personality, as well as being a very efficient administrator.
To our new and potential recruits, you are the face of SCNH.
- Responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of all employees across the SCNH group. To include sifting applications, screening and booking interviews.
- Liaising with Home Managers and administrators on rotas and vacancies, and keeping them updated on progress of recruiting on key roles – Producing weekly reports for the Directors and Senior leadership team.
- Administering requisite recruitment documentation such as background checks, DBS, references, contracts, offer letters, etc.
- To engage key stakeholders in H/O and beyond when thinking about new ways to attract, recruit and retain talent – in an ever-tighter employee-led economic landscape – Including sponsorship.
- Supporting the HR Manager with administration.
