We are a tech-first cleaning company based in London, and we are looking for a recruiter and social media specialist to join us during this growth period in 2024/2025.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task multiple projects
  • You will be expected to be a team player and report to the Head of Operations
  • Able to conduct many phone calls, WhatsApp messages, video calls, and emails each day
  • Confident in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (including Docs, email, and Calendar)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Excellence: Source, engage, and recruit top-tier candidates for various cleaning roles. Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Contract Management: Create and manage contracts for cleaners, ensuring all legal documentation and valid work permits are in place for compliance with UK regulations.
  • Social Media Savvy: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to build our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Content Creation: Design eye-catching posts and campaigns using tools like Canva and CapCut. Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience and showcases our company culture.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and recruitment data to optimize strategies and improve our outreach efforts.
