Sodexo Live! is delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment and Training Co-Ordinator to join our team at Ascot Racecourse to support the Training Manager and Recruitment & Onboarding Manager.
You will be responsible for all the administration relating to recruitment and training, including ownership of the department’s social media activity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience in the hospitality industry to take their first step into a recruitment and training position in this amazing venue.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support casual recruitment campaigns, attending careers fayres and local establishments
• Managing recruitment administration
• Monitoring Flow (e-learning) completion for all casual workers ahead of racedays and events
• Supporting the delivery of training sessions for casual teams
• Creating internal communications documents such as newsletters and briefing sheets for casual teams
• Reporting on metrics such as completion rates, returners to site
• Manage the 1711 Social Media platforms
