The role
This is a fixed term role for 3 months with a potential to become permanent as we are considering what our future structure should look like.

The office-based role is a vital part of the recruitment team in playing key role in finding the right quality carers for the business. Primarily this involves:

  • Reviewing applications and screening candidates
  • Conducting initial interviews with potential candidates and scheduling follow-up interviews
  • Recruitment administration and updating/maintaining our Applicant Tracker System (ATS)
  • Employment and compliance administration such as processing Criminal Records Check (DBS) and references.
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant and organised employment records
  • General ad hoc admin support to the wider business, including answering phones.

The role is suitable to anyone with the right attitude. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in recruitment or gain valuable experience in the field. Previous experience and knowledge in care or recruitment is an advantage but not necessary. Here is what we are looking for:

  • You enjoy talking to people and being an active part of a busy team
  • You are organised and have attention to detail
  • You are competent with IT and Microsoft software.
  • You understand the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • You are curious, hardworking and adaptable in your approach to working in busy and small business where everybody helps out.
