Description:

Join our team within General Human Resources as a General Recruitment Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective recruitment process for professionals across the organisation both clinical and non-clinical with the exception of Doctors and Dentists.

Responsibilities:

Manage Candidate Caseloads: Oversee the recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical staff within the Trust. This includes placing adverts, scheduling interview panels, inviting candidates for interviews, conducting employment checks, and offering guidance on policies and terms and conditions. This is done within a strict timescale to achieve the Trust’s recruitment objectives.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with Recruitment Advisors and your team, the Recruitment Manager and Trust managers to assure that recruitment is safe and timely. Supporting the development of recruitment processes.
Ensure Compliance and Efficiency: Maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant recruitment process, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide excellent customer service to both hiring managers and potential new hires, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
