Thera Group is looking for a full-time Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team in Grantham.
Responsibilities:
This is an exciting time to join the People Services Team within Onboarding and Compliance team. As a Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for carrying out compliance checks and supporting applicants with their recruitment process. This will involve advising hiring managers about recruitment procedures and providing updates on their applicants. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for obtaining Right to Work and DBS Identification, DBS checks, occupational health results and references whilst adhering to CQC requirements, company policies and procedures.
The Recruitment Assistant will liaise with various departments throughout the company including operational teams, Resourcing, HR, Pay and Learning and Development.
The ideal candidate will need to be confident making phone calls and using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. This is a varied and fast-paced role so the ideal candidate will need to be organised and able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
