Description:
YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to play a pivotal role in our hiring process, focusing on both white collar headquarter jobs, as well as motivating blue collar workers to join us. In the blue collar field we are looking for skilled craftsmen and motivated individuals new to the field, such as unskilled handymen, for our heat pump installation team. In this vital position, you will lead key aspects of the recruitment cycle, focusing on conducting interviews and making critical hiring decisions. Your role is crucial in ensuring we select the best candidates for our Installation Teams and headquarter in Berlin. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth interviews, providing feedback, and improving our recruitment practices to align with our business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:

Interview Facilitation: Oversee interviews with potential technicians, assessing their suitability for our company and the specific demands of the heat pump installation industry.
- Decision Making: Make final hiring decisions based on a comprehensive evaluation of interviews, candidate qualifications, and job requirements.
- Recruitment Enhancement: Actively work on refining our recruitment processes to better meet our organizational needs.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to ensure we meet our hiring targets, providing regular updates to management.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate and thorough records of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
