JOB SUMMARY
As an Recruitment Associate, you will support the HR and Talent Recruiting Specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and managing the growing pool of job requisitions. You will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and recruitment-related tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the recruiting, and as needed, HR department.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in recruiting, experience with Zoho recruit and LinkedIn recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
