REQUIREMENTS::

  • Prior experience in recruitment business development or account management, specifically in account-based marketing
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue through account-based marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of the US market and understanding of industry trends
  • Advanced understanding of Account Based Marketing principles and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Experience in creating and executing multi-touch, personalized marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office suite, and other ABM technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret ABM metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred:
  • Background in the recruitment industry or experience selling services to US companies
  • Certifications in Account Based Marketing or related fields

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and target high-value accounts in the US market
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion
  • Create and implement personalized, multi-touch ABM campaigns for each target account, including:
  • LinkedIn engagement and outreach
  • Tailored email sequences
  • Strategic phone calls
  • Custom content creation and distribution
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their specific needs, challenges, and decision-making processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Create and maintain detailed account plans for each high-priority prospect
  • Utilize ABM technologies and analytics to track engagement and optimize campaigns
  • Conduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers, demonstrating our value proposition through a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of account-based marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of ABM activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system
