REQUIREMENTS::
- Prior experience in recruitment business development or account management, specifically in account-based marketing
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue through account-based marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of the US market and understanding of industry trends
- Advanced understanding of Account Based Marketing principles and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
- Experience in creating and executing multi-touch, personalized marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office suite, and other ABM technologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ABM metrics and optimize campaigns
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred:
- Background in the recruitment industry or experience selling services to US companies
- Certifications in Account Based Marketing or related fields

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and target high-value accounts in the US market
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion
- Create and implement personalized, multi-touch ABM campaigns for each target account, including:
- LinkedIn engagement and outreach
- Tailored email sequences
- Strategic phone calls
- Custom content creation and distribution
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their specific needs, challenges, and decision-making processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
- Create and maintain detailed account plans for each high-priority prospect
- Utilize ABM technologies and analytics to track engagement and optimize campaigns
- Conduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers, demonstrating our value proposition through a consultative approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of account-based marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of ABM activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system
