Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us in a part time capacity, with one of our well-known clients in the automotive industry.
Working closely with the lead Business Partner for this account you will be responsible for the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives; partnering with the business to assist with attraction, development, and engagement of their employees, creating a seamless experience from application to appointment and beyond. You will front-face our recruitment solution partnering with key stakeholders and hiring managers to identify and present top talent to the business, and influence hiring decisions.
