The Role:
The Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for the direct sourcing of talent. They will uphold our commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and support with onboarding and other HR projects.
This is a full-time role, however, we are open to applications from candidates looking for flexibility and would consider 3/4 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles up to Director level across UK & Europe Corporate, Retail and Supply Chain.
  • Act as a centre of excellence and support Regional HR Business Partners with hiring in local markets (US, Australia, China, Korea, Japan).
  • Manage ATS (Lever) for live vacancies and use as tool to build a talent pool and pipeline for future.
  • Maintain current, minimal use of recruitment agencies and monitor time and cost to fill data by business area.
  • Build excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, ensuring an engaging and efficient service is provided.
  • Actively participate in the hiring process, usually holding first stage interviews for all Management and Corporate roles.
  • Design and facilitate assessment centres/group interviews for volume recruitment where necessary (e.g. temporary staff for peak retail trade).
  • Continually network within luxury fashion or relevant industries to identify future talent.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation to ensure Mulberry’s hiring processes and practices remain are in keeping with best practise.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks and complete the offer process for each successful hire, ensuring details are transferred through to our HRIS (Dayforce) accurately and promptly for processing.
  • Support Hiring Managers with onboarding/induction planning where required.

  • Regularly report on applicant diversity data via Lever.
  • Participate in any relevant activities to support the strategic goals of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy.
  • Facilitate an equitable and transparent internal recruitment process – ensuring all employees have fair opportunity to develop.

  • Support in developing and promoting Mulberry as an employer of choice.

  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications team on relevant web and social content.
  • Ensure all aspects of the candidate experience are professional and positive, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Previous experience in in-house Recruitment or a through a generalist HR role.
  • Excellent tech skills; experienced user of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • High level interpersonal skills; excellent at building relationships.
  • Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Willing to travel where required.
