• Minimum of 2+ years 360 Recruitment Agency experience, or
• 4+ years of B2B Sales experience in Australia.
• Recruitment or sales background in Engineering, Construction, Industrial or Technical industry sectors a strong advantage.
• Confident ability on recruitment CRM software.
• Confident ability with MS Office.
• Above average computer literacy (Apple Mac experience an advantage).
• A dedicated home office space.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills.
