Description:

Criterion Capital/Piccadilly Construction is a multi-billion-pound, family-owned entrepreneurial private property company. Due to expansion, our Construction Division seeks to recruit a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our offices, with a requirement to be on-site five days a week.
Our diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors, including office spaces, high-profile leisure venues, high-street retail, shopping centres, hotels, hotel developments, food and beverage establishments, and mixed-use properties. We also manage an extensive development portfolio, providing dynamic growth opportunities for our team.
The Role:
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for a wide range of construction roles. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse group of hiring managers and candidates across various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates in the construction sector
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills and suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure the best candidate match
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, and oversee the full cycle of onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into their roles
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires through the onboarding phase, including facilitating orientation, coordinating training, and addressing any initial needs or concerns
  • Assist hiring managers with the co-ordination of probationary periods including applicable reviews for new hires
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and the latest developments in construction
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and meet client expectations
