REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong track record in sales, business development, or managing client relationships.
- Proficiency with recruitment software, CRM systems, and job boards.
- Excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- An in-depth understanding of the education sector or a keen interest in understanding it.
- High resilience and tenacity with a target-driven mindset.
- Superior organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Foster strong relationships with education professionals to deliver high-value recruitment solutions.
- Conduct onsite meetings and school visits to understand and cater to client’s unique hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent service provision in order to guarantee repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing clients to satisfy ongoing recruitment requirements.
- Offer expert insights on market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarking.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of business with both new and existing clients.
- Utilise multiple avenues to source and engage high-quality candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to qualify candidates and confirm their suitability to the client’s organisational culture and job requirements.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to candidates, preparing them for interviews and assisting with CV management, interview techniques, and onboarding processes.
