Job Scope as a Recruitment Consultant:
- An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients’ staffing needs.
- Handle the 360-degree recruitment and talent acquisition process.
- Conduct interviews and phone screenings to select potential candidates that meet clients’ requirements.
- Actively develop connections, pursue new business opportunities, and manage relationships with existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- High commitment level, sales driven and team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
