Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and creative recruiter with social media and marketing experience to manage the growth of our client base. Our company connects UK businesses with skilled remote staff from South Africa, including accountants, virtual assistants, and customer service professionals.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
A minimum of two years of experience as a commercial recruitment consultant, or
At least two years of experience as a freelance marketing executive.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new business: You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by engaging with UK business owners. Through effective networking and relationship-building, you will promote the benefits of using remote staff for roles such as accounting, administrative support, and customer service.
Networking: You will be expected to proactively source and participate in online networking events, engaging with UK business owners to effectively communicate the value of employing remote staff based in South Africa.
LinkedIn: You will systematically grow your network, using strategic messaging and engaging, relevant content to capture the interest and attention of potential clients, while positioning remote staffing as a powerful solution for their business needs.
Client relationships: You will be responsible for managing multiple relationships with UK business owners, ensuring their staffing requirements are consistently and professionally fulfilled by our remote teams.
Candidate management: You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, including posting job opportunities, sourcing referrals, and coordinating assessment days. Your goal will be to ensure we recruit top-tier candidates to meet the varied needs of our clients.
Social media content creation: You will be comfortable creating engaging content for LinkedIn and YouTube, using your strong on-camera presence to communicate the benefits of our services and enhance brand visibility.
