REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of two years’ experience in permanent or contract recruitment within IT and business change.
- A sound understanding and experience within insurance and financial services markets.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Build your desk in the IT/tech and business transformation area, focusing on roles within the insurance industry.
- Engage with clients such as Brokers, Insurers, Syndicates, and Insurtech firms across the UK market.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proactively seek out new business and grow your portfolio through excellent service.
