We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Recruitment consultant to join an established Recruitment Agency based in Bury. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
