Description:
NU NURSING IS A AUSTRALIAN OWNED AND RUN NURSING AGENCY, WORKING WITH HOSPITALS AND AGED CARE FACILITIES TO PROVIDE NURSING STAFF AT SHORT NOTICE.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in the healthcare industry to join our growing and dynamic team. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, where you will contribute to business growth and work on ensuring efficiency in end to end processes. This is a permanent, part time position.
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract and recruit top talent for Nursing roles within our agency.
- Drive the end to end recruitment process, from advertising, job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal Clinical and HR team to ensure all candidates meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional candidate care, ensuring a positive experience through the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external stakeholders and staff
- Work on business development initiatives with clients to build permanent placements.
