Description:

TALENT ACQUISITION & CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT

  • Source, attract, and engage top marketing, creative, media, and tech professionals.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings aligned with client needs.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for future roles.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to placement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing, sales, media, and tech recruitment.
  • Networking & Business Development: Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate salaries and contracts effectively.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
