BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a similar field;
Very good English and Romanian language knowledge;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Represent company brand and execute branding strategy with external stake holders and candidates;
Reporting and Data analysis;
Identify Talent Acquisition trends and strategize hiring the right talent;
Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team;
Support sourcing and pipeline plan to meet the hiring target;
Vendor management and stake-holder management;
Adherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliant.
