- Demonstrable business development ability.
- Previous recruitment experience ideally within the tech industry.
- Ability to identify and attract top talent, especially from non-traditional sources.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.
- Drive to use initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the recruitment function, boosting the careers of newly qualified IT professionals.
- Promote diversity and support the growth of women in the tech industry.
- Identify and engage with prospective SME and corporate companies, securing and delivering sales meetings and proposals.
- Influence and negotiate closed deals, playing a vital role in the firm’s expansion strategy.
- Maintain and leverage a diverse, high-quality talent pool from our database, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify sectors where non-traditional candidates are in demand.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job briefings and candidate engagement to interviews and offer negotiations.
- Place qualified candidates in their inaugural industry roles, providing a rewarding recruitment experience.
