Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in Leeds 16.
You must hold a driving license.
Hours of work are Mon-Thur 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00
Salary will be dependent on your experience.
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

You will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, utilising your expertise in relationship management and lead generation to connect with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media management, to attract candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings as part of the selection process.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
