Recruitment Consultant

Titan Recruitment are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Industrial team in our Northampton office on Lodge Farm.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a consultant that has a recruitment background to work as a 360 recruitment consultant.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for all aspects of our fast paced industrial desk including

• Business to business outbound sales calls
• Lead generation
• Constant recruitment for key clients
• Account management
• Resourcing and Administration
• Building relationships with candidates and potential clients

In return, we are looking for self motivated individuals with a desire to succeed. Experience in a similar role is desirable but due to our tested training plans, we do have the ability to train candidates with a sales background.
