The role:
We are seeking a bright, confident Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR (Recruitment) team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis to support our dynamic and growing business with high levels of recruitment and to deliver on our commitment to hiring exceptional talent. Managing multiple vacancies, the post holder will work closely with the head of department to provide a professional and proactive service to internal stakeholders and team managers in order to ensure that Caron Group has the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Based in our Uxbridge Support office and reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our full cycle recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience. They will assume responsibility for full coordination and administrative support to the department head to achieve and maintain optimum standards and quality hiring processes. The ideal candidate will possess experience gained in a similar recruitment / HR support role and / or administrative capacity.
Whilst this is a temporary position, there is a possibility that at the end of contract period, further temporary or permanent opportunities may arise in the same / similar roles in the group.

Responsibilities:

· Handling and monitoring all recruitment administration and on-boarding requirements for new starters using our in-house workflow tool.
· Working with department head and hiring managers to review / create job adverts, interview records and job descriptions
· Advertising vacancies on job boards, relevant media platforms and with external recruiters
· Managing recruitment portal, reviewing and shortlisting CVs and conducting screening calls
· Scheduling and conducting interviews with hiring managers
· Conducting post interview debrief with hiring managers to support in making the hiring decision
· Managing the recruitment process for overseas staff including immigration / right to work checks
· Building strong relationships with candidates and internal / external stakeholders
· Providing a proactive update service to the internal stakeholders for their respective homes
· Supporting Head of Recruitment with implementation of recruitment strategy and ensuring adherence across the group to recruitment policy requirements
· Collating information and preparing report for management
· Providing ad-hoc support to the Head of Recruitment
