Responsibilities:
We at PEI Group are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London on a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment administration, communication, and activities globally. You will work closely with the Recruitment Partners to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner, adhering to company guidelines and objectives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is keen to explore internal recruitment, with exposure to HR and business operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working co-operatively with the recruitment partners to deliver an effective recruitment service.
- Daily management of the applicant tracking systems, including progressing/regretting candidates.
- Assessing candidates suitability and experience through phone screens.
- Supporting with interview scheduling with Recruitment Partners.
- Advertising positions on job boards and the company website.
- Maintaining the recruitment folders, daily administrative tasks to keep orderly records and consistent up to date information.
- Administering new employee onboarding & processing communications in line with HR process.
- Actively supporting internal policies and best practices in the area of recruitment and selection at all times.
- Supporting Recruitment Partners & Hiring managers with information and insights on recruitment activity.
- Supporting Recruitment Manager with gathering information on reporting and insights.
