Description:

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for training and recruitment? We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team for an initial period of six months, where you’ll play a pivotal role in the high-volume recruitment of quality bus drivers. This is your chance to make a real impact by ensuring the smooth delivery of recruitment activities while providing valuable support to candidates as they navigate their theory tests. This role shall be based at our site in Chiswick however, you may be responsible for supporting other Garage Life Programme Hubs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong rapports with operational teams to ensure full coverage of Garage Life Training programme with candidates.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities
  • Book candidates for medicals, theory tests, and preliminary test drives.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete, from medical forms to right-to-work checks and license validations.
  • Produce employment contracts and manage employee details in compliance with GDPR.
  • Step in for the Recruitment Officer when required.

Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE TASKS:

  • Manage recruitment databases, input candidate data, and ensure records are accurate.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports to keep the team on track.
  • Required to potentially work from Hot Desks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with both company standards and legislative requirements, including Health & Safety policies.
