Description:

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University or college diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong experience in recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and optimize recruitment activities.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Word and Excel, Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Health Standards Organization (HSO) is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator within our Talent Department. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will be responsible to support full cycle recruitment processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as an HSO ambassador and primary point of contact for candidates, and ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including creating job requisitions, drafting job postings and posting jobs on various recruitment platforms.
  • Screen and source resumes and conduct phone screens to determine candidates’ alignment with the role and business unit.
  • Manage the flow of interview processes, including scheduling interviews and assisting with interview guides.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of offer packages to candidates.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to support business intelligence reporting.
  • Provide system support for the recruitment module in Dayforce.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts such as sourcing new recruitment platforms or streamlining the recruitment cycle.
