REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Education background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Experience with marketing and social media content creation an advantage
- Full Irish Driving license

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing and potential new accounts, maximising client orders and maintaining efficiencies at all times
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist with the negotiation and preparation of job offers.
- Conduct site visits and on-the-road business development.
- Cold call potential clients to develop business.
