REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Education background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Experience with marketing and social media content creation an advantage
  • Full Irish Driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and potential new accounts, maximising client orders and maintaining efficiencies at all times
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Assist with the negotiation and preparation of job offers.
  • Conduct site visits and on-the-road business development.
  • Cold call potential clients to develop business.
