  • Qualifications/Education:
  • A good tertiary education or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • High attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).Experience in posting on websites and managing web forms.Ability to compose professional social media posts.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Respect for confidentiality and GDPR compliance knowledge.
  • Experience:
  • Experience in an administrative support role.Familiarity with the recruitment and selection cycle, preferably within the Higher Education (HE) sector.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Global University Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Recruitment Manager to deliver efficient and effective recruitment services across the UK College Division. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring adherence to company values and compliance standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment and excellent organizational skills.
