The Recruitment Hub delivers recruitment services to Imperial College across all job families.
This is a high-volume processing role with a need for high levels of attention to detail to enable a fast and high-quality service provision.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
In this fast paced and detail orientated role you will be responsible for:
- Produce clear and concise information to successful candidates to aid the onboarding process.
- Coordinating all assigned roles via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Quality checking adverts and job descriptions, as well as making appropriate recommendations
- Organising the interview process with candidates and hiring managers
- Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries
- Ensuring all data is accurate and stored in line with GDPR
- Draft and issue contracts of employment across all job families within service level agreements when required
- Provide quality assurance for contracts of employment drafted by Recruitment Administrators.
- Setup employee records on the ERP ensuring accuracy of data to include salary, right to work and contractual information when required?
- Liaise with HR Compliance colleagues to ensure that visa/immigration requirements are met for the successful candidate.
