Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK People team, who will be reporting into our Head of People and Culture and working with our Senior Recruitment Coordinator.
We are looking for someone to join our award winning UK team, in helping us to recruit for some very cool events across the world.

A sneak peak in to our diary shows the following events for 2024:

  • Download Festival
  • Silverstone British Grand Prix
  • Camp Bestival
  • Creamfields
  • Wireless (UAE)
  • and a few others we can’t talk about… yet.

This role will be pivotal in the success of these events and ensuring our team continues to be made up of the best in the business.
The main focus for this role will be supporting the Head of People and Culture with the recruitment cycle, including job adverts, shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding of team members. This role will be fast paced and will require someone with a real ‘can do’ attitude that is ready to learn and get stuck in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing our applicant tracking system TeamTailor
  • Proactively contributing towards team planning for all projects
  • Building strong relationships with our freelancers / extended workforce
  • Writing and posting job descriptions
  • Compiling offer to work letters
  • Ensuring all roles are added to Liveforce
  • Keeping all reports and spreadsheets up to date
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings
  • Assisting with the onboarding process and providing a great candidate experience
  • Occasionally working onsite as part of our project team in order to gain experience and fully understand the roles that we recruit to
    You will act as a role model for the Far and Beyond values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do, as well as providing support in shaping and implementing new people initiatives and processes.
    As with all roles within the company, during less busy periods, this role will be required to fulfil other roles as needed, for example supporting our project teams and working onsite in assistant roles.
