Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Process: Manage job advertisements including posting them across various online platforms. Assist potential candidates with inquiries and system-related issues. Prepare employment contracts and quality-check letters drafted by other Recruitment Coordinators. Oversee placements for the Casual Administration Pool and coordinate with recruitment agencies for additional placements.
Research and Investigate: Research and investigate employee and position related enquiries including best practices for position management and recruitment strategies. Provide information, guidance and support to Managers with Recruitment and Selection guidelines and procedures.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners. Provide exception support to hiring managers, candidates, and other external partners to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to a positive working environment.
