Responsibilities:
You’ll be part of a small and welcoming Resourcing team, supporting the delivery of timely recruitment processes, primarily for our Warehouse Operatives across 35 Depots.
You’ll manage, source and organise the end-to-end process of the recruitment cycle utilising our Recruitment system as well as recruitment job board, CV Database and media to proactively source candidates where required, mapping talent in key geographic areas as well as process applications and produce routine reports on vacancy progress.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on resourcing projects as we look to continuously improve our service. This is an exciting time to join us as we are in the final stages of developing our employer brand for talent attraction & retention.
The Resourcing team is part of the Talent, Communications & Culture function of People Services- we are a very friendly, collaborative team that encourages and supports learning & development opportunities and cross-team working.
