We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and building a diverse and skilled workforce to support our mission of accelerating the renewable energy transition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to identify potential candidates for roles in renewable energy.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and alignment with our company’s values.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting our company’s mission, culture, and commitment to sustainability in all recruitment communications.
  • Collaborative Recruitment: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and future workforce planning.
  • Job Postings and Advertising: Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions within the renewable energy sector.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous pool of qualified candidates.
  • Recruitment Events: Participate in renewable energy industry events, job fairs, and virtual recruitment events to expand our network and attract top talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress, candidate status, and hiring outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with relevant employment laws and regulations, promoting fair and equal hiring practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry trends, and the green energy landscape.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present company values and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, with a customer-centric approach to recruitment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully filling positions and meeting recruitment targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines efficiently.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and the public. All employees, including Senior and Executive Management, Sales & Finance.
Physical Demands
