Sulzer, one of the world’s oldest continuously trading engineering and manufacturing organizations, is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Yorkshire-based team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a recruitment background who is eager to advance their career and embrace new challenges!
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance Sulzer’s employer brand at campus events and other recruitment activities.
- Support job advertising and postings on internal and external platforms and create social media content for recruitment campaigns.
- Promote job openings across social platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Manage candidate communications, and assist with initial phone screenings.
- Oversee the recruitment process for temporary labour and contractors, ensuring smooth service delivery to the business.
- Support the recruitment of early careers, including the setup and coordination of Assessment Centres.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
- Partner with external agencies to manage recruitment needs, build strong relationships, and align expectations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Agency or in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment
- Know-how in professional networking and using LinkedIn and other social media for candidate sourcing
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance, and client-focused environment
- A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends
- A creative approach to developing engaging recruitment content
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
