Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Waymark Hotels, you will be crucial in attracting and hiring top talent. Your main duties include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process and help promote Waymark Hotels as a top employer. Your strong organisational skills will keep our records and applicant tracking systems up to date. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be the first contact for potential candidates and key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage top talent to join our vibrant team.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting Waymark Hotels through social media and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage applicant tracking systems, and handle recruitment-related correspondence.
