Recruitment Counselor & Admissions Officer (m/f/d)
(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; limited to 24 months)

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment efforts with the goal of maximizing undergraduate admissions applications
  • Represent undergraduate programs to appropriate target audiences
  • Liaising with educational institutions to reach target groups directly
  • Development and supervision of marketing activities and events
  • Recruiting as well as advising and assisting prospective students in the application process
  • Analysis of regional and global market trends to identify new target groups
  • Preparation of statistics and reports
  • General office and administrative work

Your qualifications:

  • A completed university level degree
  • Strong intercultural awareness and competencies
  • Initial work experience, preferably in the area of admissions, student recruitment, international education, and/or university marketing
  • Interest or experience in marketing/sales
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Preferably knowledge of German and/or another foreign language
  • Great willingness to travel and work weekends (flexible working) with minimum 12-18 weeks of travel a year
