KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Client Engagement:
- Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional service by managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Process Coordination:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to offer management and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage the negotiation process between clients and candidates.
- Market Insight:
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Identify new opportunities to support business growth.
