KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate Management:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional service by managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Process Coordination:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to offer management and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage the negotiation process between clients and candidates.
  • Market Insight:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Identify new opportunities to support business growth.
