JOB DESCRIPTION:

Kairos Global Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Director to lead our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) practice across China and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a deep understanding of the BFSI sector, demonstrating the ability to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector.
  • Extensive experience managing recruitment teams and delivering successful client solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the BFSI market in China and Hong Kong, including industry trends and talent dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the BFSI recruitment practice, ensuring alignment with the Kairos Global Search’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the BFSI practice in China and Hong Kong.
  • Act as a key representative of Kairos Global Search in China and Hong Kong
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the BFSI sector in China and Hong Kong, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market insights and strategic hiring recommendations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team’s continuous growth and success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and candidates to support business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
