We are now strengthening our Recruitment and Employer Branding team and have an opening as a Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager.
What will you be doing?
In this position you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and enhancing the candidate’s experience. You will collaborate closely with P&O and key stakeholders to understand the organization’s needs and align recruitment process accordingly. A key focus will be on the continuous improvement, leveraging data and digital tools to streamline and enhance our recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will champion our employer brand, ensuring we are attracting the right candidates aligned with our purpose and attitudes. You will:
- Lead and improve recruitment processes, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience and alignment with organizational needs
- Cooperate with P&O and managers to identify and understand hiring needs, adjusting recruitment strategies as necessary
- Drive the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees into the company
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives
- Utilize data driven insights and digital tools to continuously improve recruitment process
- Stay updated on trends and best practices within recruitment, onboarding and employer branding
We think you should have:
- A higher university degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with focus on recruitment and talent management
- In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Proficiency with digital recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated curiosity and engagement with industry trends and best practices
