Description:
- Assist in overall recruitment operation, from attracting candidates to shortlisting, interviewing and selecting them.
- Conduct phone and zoom interview
- Prepare Service Specifications/Resumes of candidates
- Manage recruitment pipeline
- Schedule contract discussion and contract signing
- Manage Social Media accounts and website
- Suggest and process improvement in HR and Admin.
Assist in other Admin ad hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in HR or similar specialization preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in mass recruiting
- Excellent communication skillsPersonable, detailed and can do multi-taskingOutside the box thinker, creative
- Experience in graphics design and multimedia; knowledge in (Adobe Ps, Pr,Ai) is a plus
- Preferred candidates to start immediately
