Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or any other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience or any other HR functions
  • Entry Level candidates are also welcomed to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structure, competency or behavioral based, etc.)
  • Experience with various screening processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Ability to conduct various types of candidate assessments to determine eligibility
  • Excellent communication, good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Able to give public speaking in career and scholarship talks to different audience1-year contract, convertible to permanent based on performance

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements full-cycle recruiting process
  • Prepares and advertises jobs at appropriate employment advertising portals
  • Sources and entices candidates by using internal databases, social media, community resources
  • Screens qualified candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Reviews salary proposals for the positions offered through various benchmarking methods and escalating them to senior team members for their approval
  • Makes salary offers and engage in salary negotiations
  • Follows through with the pre-employment process such as contract signing and onboarding preparations
  • Manages the logistics for and registration of recruitment activities with event organizers, preparation of materials (i.e.printed pamphlets, brochures, application forms and presentation materials etc.)
  • Corporate presentation and career talks at campuses and public eventsMaintains relationship with key suppliers and third party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g. search firms, recruitment agencies, business schools, etc.)
