RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the hiring manager to gain insight into their staffing requirements and develop a targeted recruitment plan to address manpower needs
• Utilize a variety of approaches to acquire and entice prospective talent, including reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and evaluating candidates’ skills, knowledge, abilities, and compatibility with the organization’s culture.
• Collaborate with the HR administrator to facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and ensure the smooth execution of contract signing procedures.
